1. Right to Cancel (14 Days) In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

2. Condition of Returns (Copyright Protection) To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

• If the music arrives in a sealed envelope, plastic wrap, or with a security seal, this seal must remain unbroken.
• We cannot accept returns for sheet music that has been opened, unsealed, or shows signs of use (e.g., creased pages, broken spines).
• Opened items will be deemed as “used” and are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.
